New Beginning Ministry (NBM) is a private, not-for-profit human service organization offering a structured, healthy environment for persons recovering from drug and alcohol dependencies. NBM is a non-medical facility. NBM’s recovery program is in a residential community setting, based on the twelve-step model of Alcoholics Anonymous. The program consists of a regular schedule of meetings and workshops, study, work, rest and recreation, providing a safe and nurturing environment. NBM is an illicit drug and alcohol-free community, which regularly screens residents to assure compliance with program policies. Guests are randomly drug tested for illicit drugs and alcohol with a “zero tolerance” policy.
