I have been through Cypress Creek detox two times. All they do is dope you up and let you sleep it off. No real counseling of any kind. Go here if you want a new habit-prescription drugs!!!

I went to this Hospital to detox from pain meds given by prescription. ALL the Phychatrists are great. However, the nurses on the wards are controlling and condensending. I got heart failure there because they would not listen to me that I could not do all the things they wanted, such as being out of bed all the time. I have been chronically ill for 14 yrs. But one nurse even said to me,"Your using this as an excuse and crutch not to walk to the cafeteria.I am only able to walk most 50 ft.at a time. The cafeteria was hundreds of feet. I had my wheelchair but the uncompassionate nurses would not push me. So,expect good detox meds, good doctors, bad nurses, bad homemade beds.Nice buildling....clean. Bring money for vending machines.
